I enjoyed a stack of Cousin T's 250th Anniversary package pancakes along with Cousin T's Blueberry Syrup...mmmmmm! I got the 250th Anniversary box because my great, great, great, great, great uncle on my mother's side was George Washington! How 'bout that?!
I may not make very round pancakes, but the flavor of these pancakes was so delicious and comforting, cake-like. They were very light. They had a very delicate taste, not like some of those other big box brands. I don’t make pancakes very well, but these were great. The blueberry syrup was very tasty, and I appreciated the natural look and taste to it! Excellent product all around!!
So glad I chose the two pack. I was able to share with my son's family. I can tell you I miss Aunt Jemima but I love cousin t!

We’re “make it from scratch” people because we like to know what’s in our food. Cousin T’s mix caught our attention with the celebration of the USA’s 250th including a prominent position of George Washington.
I looked at the ingredients expecting it to read like a chemistry exam but, surprisingly to me, I recognized everything on the list; it was all stuff that I might have used if I whipped up a batch on my own.
I bought two boxes, one for home and one for our cabin, and I will be keeping both pantries stocked with Cousin T’s.
It’s dead simple to use and tastes like homemade. Please don’t tell anyone that my pancakes came from a box though.

Cousin T's Pancake & waffle mix was very good. It was easy to mix up a batch of both waffle & pancake batter. It was delicious! We enjoyed it very much!
