I adjusted the recipe a bit by only doing one cup mix, half cup milk & half cup water, egg & melted butter. I like my pancakes, a little thinner European style. The syrup was so tasty and delightful! Well done!!!! So pleased with this purchase! Now I can’t wait to try the fried chicken mix!!

These pancakes were delicious! Cooked up some bacon on the Blackstone, then allowed it to cool a bit and made 6 plate-sized pancakes with about half the box. Highly recommend!
Love the Pancakes. Made enough for the week and froze some for later. Just have to take out a couple when I'm ready for another serving. I highly recommend y'all try Cousin T's pancakes and maple syrup. It would be worth your money.
When I saw Cousin T's 250th America Anniversary Pancake mix and Maple syrup bundle, I just had to try it. This is the best Pancakes I have have ever had! Easy to make and delicious! The syrup is excellent! Pure Maple syrup! I will definitely be back for more, and more, etc!
As you can see there isn’t much syrup left and I’m on the last batch of the pancake mix because it was that good. I never had syrup that tasted this amazing. It’s like having the Ferrari of syrup compared to all the others. I’ll definitely be needing more. Highly recommended.
Love Cousin T's products, I've bought several pancake mixes since the beginning, this is the first maple syrup. It is fantastic. It is great in my coffee. I normally drink it black, but on the weekends, it's on my pancakes and my coffee! I'll need to order more soon.

I absolutely love the pancake mix. The pancakes did not stick in the pan, and they came out nice and fluffy with just the right amount of "fight." The syrup was delicious, too. I would order again.
This IS my go to for pancakes from here on out , from the simple easy way to prepare the pancakes to the incredible taste of the syrup!! Amazing taste !! NOT a good cook and live alone so my pancakes will never look picture perfect but since it’s the taste and finished product thst matters!! I will be back to eating pancakes because of this!! Loved the pancakes they were light, almost crepe like which is my favorite style. Not heavy on the tummy. Next ones I make I’m going to spread Nutella on, roll and top with strawberries and whipped cream. The syrup was delicious too

I ordered the pure maple syrup that I absolutely love. It's the best pure maple syrup I have ever had. I put some in a spoon & drink it lol. I also bought the pancake/waffle mix and I must say the pancakes were thin and I loved it. They were thin, light, easy to cook & did not make you feel like you ate the blimp lol. I know those are the best pancakes I have ever had. I will look again to see if you offer a larger box. The blueberry jam was outta this world. That is already gone. I had it on my English muffins and a PB sammich. The jam is another one I could eat from a spoon. It was perfect. Good job Terrence. I love your stuff & I will definitely be ordering again. This is the best pancake mix. I have fun adding to it too. Thicker pancakes- add more mix. Fruit, yes. Cousin T oatmeal added, yes. Maple syrup is great too.
I send the boxes to family and friends as little fun Sunday morning breakfast gifts to tell them I am thinking of them.
