My husband and I love this biscuit mix! We've tried others, but they can't compare. The biscuits from Cousin T's are light, fluffy and tasty so easy to make. We also bought Cousin T's hot chocolate mix. It's yummy! We even sometimes add to our morning coffee to make mocha. Thanks, Cousin T, for such high quality products!
In the south, specifically Louisiana, you can find biscuits on the table at almost every meal. If you love the iconic "chicken and a biscuit"... this won't let you down like that stuff in the "yellow box". It is apparent Cousin T's cares about the ingredients.
Mix a little honey and butter together... add some grape jelly... and you'll have a taste combo that'll make you wanna slap your mamma!
I made butter swim biscuits, as I don't have counter space to roll out dough. This mix makes the tastiest biscuits! I added some finely shredded cheese, garlic and onion powders to make them savory.. Going great with some nice smokey beans! Delicious! Quick and easy to put together!
