It might sound boring, but Buckwheat is my hands-down favorite flavor, with Cinnamon bun in second. These are surprisingly delicious. Not quite like the regular flavor, which taste more like how you'd expect pancakes to be, but the Buckwheat has a more filling quality to it. It feels like you've had an actual meal, and with a somewhat health conscious piece of mind. These are delicious, give them a try.

Loved Cousin T's Gourmet Buckwheat pancakes, hats off to the Chef! Pancakes came out fluffy, delicious and healthy tasting. The packaging is pretty great too.

I just made my 1st batch of buckwheat waffles. I make waffles in my small griddle cuz I live by myself and less space is taken up. I used the recipe for gourmet and I'm totally sold. One batch is ALOT especially with a small griddle but as you can see, I make them all up and then freeze them so when I want some I just pop them apart and toss them in the toaster. They are so much better than ones bought in the store.

Cousin T’s buckwheat pancake mix makes excellent buckwheat pancakes....however, as I discovered this morning, it also makes excellent buckwheat muffins !! I wish I could share a photo but they didn’t last long enough for that!! Using the simplified recipe I used milk and an egg, added a dash of vanilla and topped with a few chopped walnuts.
I made the gourmet buckwheat recipe with coconut sugar and hemp milk. They were fantastic and with a little Cousin T’s, pure maple syrup on top. These will be a staple in our house! Thank you!

I love Terrence Williams, and when I saw his pancakes, I just had to try them. We love the pancakes, especially the Buckwheat pancakes. The mix is easy to use and the taste is fabulous. As a chef and cookbook author (Randi's Country Kitchen Cookbook), I am skeptical about mixes because I make everything from scratch. I have to say; however, that Cousin T's Gourmet Pancake Mix is top of the line. I will definitely be ordering more.
