Used greek yogurt in place of milk and made these pancakes outside on the Blackstone Griddle. Of all the gluten free pancake and waffle mixes I’ve used, Cousin T’s is by far the best tasting and easiest to make. Thank you, Terrance for the first class product. For those of us with a medical issue involving gluten, your products have changed our lives for the better!.
I have to be gluten-free, so I'm limited on certain things. Cousin T's gf mixes are perfect! They hold up but not dry. Use for pancakes and waffles. I make a big batch and reheat in toaster. My family likes them too. Worth the money. Made the Buttermilk, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip. Fluffy , not dry, holds up. Enjoy!

I've tried quite a number of gluten free pancake mixes, but this one is hands down the best! I used the gourmet recipe on the back of the box & used vegetable oil instead of butter. I always allow my batter to rest for 20 minutes or so before I use. Gluten free batter seems to bind better when it sets for a time.

One word... perfection. It's extremely rare to find gluten-free pancakes (or anything for that matter) that are not gritty, dry, mealy, fall apart easily, or taste like cardboard. This one is utterly perfect, in that you can't tell that it's gluten-free at all. If anything, it's actually better than regular pancake mix, in that if done just right, you can achieve an everso light crispy edge to it, if that isn't cool, I don't know what is! It makes for a very happy stack of flapjacks any time of day... paired with the pure maple syrup, you'll be sure to taste freedom ring. Thank you Cousin T, for such a superior quality gluten-free pancake mix. I'll be sure to buy more, and will be ordering the blueberry GF pancake mix in the future. We love the mix and usually make waffles with some added stevia brown sugar and extra blueberries. They are very tasty and reheat nicely in the toaster oven. Yum!
These are hands down the best gluten free pancakes on the market. They fluff perfectly and taste like regular pancakes. So nice with a little butter...no syrup is even needed!
