I’ll try making pancakes again. The first batch was very thin and was falling apart as I flipped them.
I added an egg and oil, rather than just water. My grandson liked them. I’ll try to update if they turn out better.
My family truly enjoys Cousin T's products. The syrup is so good, it didn't last a month. My daughter enjoyed the WHOLE bottle and I got to taste the last 2 tablespoons. LOL This time she had to place the order herself. 😉
I finally got around to making Cousin T's pancakes and syrup. We were very pleased with product taste. I added about 1/4 cup more of pancake mix. I like our pancake batter just a little thicker to griddle. I'll be back to buy again! Thank you!
Was tired of the same ole' cereal breakfast and frozen pancakes in a box. Saw Terrance's post and ordered some of Cousin T's buttermilk pancakes and syrup. After eating the first batch it reminded me of sitting as a kid and mom making us good old Aunt Jemima pancakes. Remember when they changed the name. Never bought from that company again. OK, I haven’t actually tried the pancake mix or the syrup yet but I am super excited for it. My husband kept telling me we need to get some of this. ( we follow you and we are also Trump supporters )So I got some of this for him for Christmas! I am super excited to try it. But it won’t be for another week! I’m sure it’s going to be amazing!! We bought these boxes of pancake mix and a bottle of syrup because of everything that Terrence Williams has done for Western North Carolina. The pancakes are the best my wife and I have ever had. It is next level for us. This is the only mix we will buy in the future and cannot wait to try some of the other products!

Our family’s favorite pancake mix. Brings back memories of Aunt Jemimah at my table as a kid. Ingredients are clean, waaay better than that store bought stuff. Price is good too when we buy the bundles. Highly recommend if you want to support a stand up business owner and eat great pancakes!!
The pancakes were delicious. The real maple syrup was delicious. We are still working on using up both boxes. Will buy plenty more in the future. Support black business and bring back Black Wall Street!
Cousin T’s pancake are the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I first tried the sweet potato pancakes and was blown away by the taste. I didn’t think the traditional could match the sweet potato pancakes but I was wrong. Adding the egg in the batter completely changes the complexity of the taste. Got to get them and try them for yourself.
I was disappointed when I opened my package when one of the pancakes box was bloated like full of air , I’m not so sure if it’s safe to eat I haven’t try to cook it yet , I had ordered two pancake and one syrup, the other box looks normal
Yummyyyyyy breakfast this morning!
I found this relative start up pancake mix called "Cousin T's" confected by a gentleman ticked off that Aunt Jemima was extinguished by the ills of todays society. He makes sure to plaster his face right on every package. Sort of a "bugger off" gesture to todays fleeting trends.
Anyway, I ordered the variety pack to see if it was any good. Also ordered his Maple Syrup.
For today I chose the Apple Cinnamon pancakes and mixed it with Vanilla and Maple Extracts, Brown Sugar, a bit of Kosher Salt, couple of eggs and milk. Blended until the mix was full of air bubbles.
They came out super fluffy and light and they rose considerably!!
Accompanied by Sausage and topped with Butter Sautéed Bananas and Cousin T's Maple Syrup.
Made for a deeeeelicious breakfast for all!

The pancakes are delicious and the syrup is too! Enjoyed all the flavors purchased and will buy again! Sent some to family members as gifts and they loved them as well!! Cousin T’s is awesome!
