I will never buy Pearl Milling mix because I believe removing Aunt Jemima was an American Disgrace. Aunt Jemima invented hot cakes and showed them at the World's Fair 1902.

I received my order on December 23, 2025. I emailed customer service with a picture and have sent several emails since then asking for an update. Ray continues sending the same email saying the issue is being escalated to the team. As of January 4, 2026, I’ve gotten no information about a replacement or refund for the box of pancake mix. My review is 2 stars for at least receiving the syrup.
We enjoyed our pancakes. Made two batches so far and they are easy to make and very tasty! The syrup is very good, too! We love seeing Terrence’s great face on the products; he always brings the joy!
We have breakfast for dinner at least once every two weeks, if not every week. I ordered my first bundle of buttermilk pancake mix and syrup to support Terrence. I ordered my second bundle because my husband and I both thought they were some of the best pancakes we had had. I will be ordering again and again and again.

Taste like how pancakes should, as if you made them at home instead of generic box mix. Syrup was the part that stood out the most. The difference between pure maple and just store generic is significant. The only down side out of this order is the price being 3x higher then generic, but it is worth it sense it is a higher quality and supports a legitimate business instead of a corporate greed machine that infuses products with additives that probably aren't healthy to consume in order to cut cost. If we all spent a little bit extra for this reason, we could bankrupt the corporate and the good business could grow and become more affordable in the long term.
Amazing! These are the pancakes my Grandpaw used to make and never knew the recipe! A wonderful memory so Thank you! Plus great maple syrup which has a wonderful price. Everything else, same taste, you need a loan to afford!
Definitely the best pancakes I've ever had and am so happy that Cousin T stands up to the woke nuts and am happy to support him. Since I was 10 years old I've always eaten chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast and now that I'm 21(hence the whiskey) I didn't feel like stopping especially since I discovered Cousin T. Glad you are doing what you are doing don't back down and keep on keeping on. I was experimenting with my cast iron griddle and your blueberry and cinnamon mixes, so I went by the quick directions. I used some butter on the griddle and got to work. These are the best pancakes I have ever made! Light and fluffy, slightly chewy, and crispy around the edges, I had to taste immediately, so I poured some maple syrup in a little bowl and tore off a piece to dunk. I love the consistency of this syrup, not too thick like some "maple flavored" varieties but not watery like some 100% maple syrups, not too sweet or strong--perfect! The pancakes had bursts of light blueberry flavor to give a freshness with the unpredictability of the blueberries that had been in my fridge for two weeks. Would definitely recommend!
I decided to make waffles with the Cousin T buttermilk pancake mix. The flavor is really good and the Maple syrup has a nice flavor to it.
The downside to this is it's made for pancakes and not for waffles even though I was told we could use the same recipe.
The batter was too thin for waffles, but I'm sure they make great pancakes.
Overall, I'd give them a 5 star for outstanding flavor 😋 and I would definitely buy again.
